Dance growth comes from practice.
Sometimes you may understand the movement, but still not have it in your body.
Why?
Because it takes repetition to train your muscles, and develop proper body skills.

But is 20 minutes really enough to achieve any progress?

Let's see... For instance, if you do your 20-min practice three times per week, it’s at least 4 hours of practice per month (20 min x 3 times per week x 4 weeks in a month), which will add up to at least 48 hours in a year dedicated to dance improvement!

Now imagine you take the same 20 minutes and incorporate them into your daily practice! It doesn’t feel overwhelming for your daily schedule, but you can calculate yourself how many hours of practice you’ll get in a year!

We all have busy lives, and often it's difficult to dedicate 1-2 hours per day for your practice. In contrast, 20 minutes feels very achievable, not that scary, and more importantly, way more useful!!! Yes, yes, you’ve read it right!

What matters most in dance practice is consistency, NOT duration.⁣⁣

Use it as a warm-up before your longer sessions, or as a complete 20-min dance workout of the day. ;)
