What are the payment options?


You can pay securely online using a credit card or Paypal. Simply choose your prefered plan and fill out the form with your contact and payment information and you will get instant access to the members area and start your training right away. Please note that we require your payment information before you start your free trial, but you will not be charged before the free trial period ends. You can cancel or change your membership anytime by contacting us.




Do you offer a free trial?


Yes! You can enjoy full access to the content on your plan during your 7 day free trial period. Simply choose your membership plan, sign up with your contact and payment information and you will get instant access to our members-only area and start your practice right away. We require your payment information during the sign up process but you will not be charged before the end of your trial period and you can cancel anytime. Visit our Plans and Pricing page to choose your membership.




How can I become a member?


It's very easy to become a member of the Iana Dance Club and start your dance journey right way. Here are the steps to become a member:

  • Go to the Plans & Pricing page,
  • Choose your preferred membership plan (BASIC, FULL or VIP) and select ‘Start Free Trial’,
  • Sign up to create your account or log in if you already have one,
  • Enter your payment information (credit card or PayPal) and click “Buy Now” to complete your registration and get access to the members-only area! You will not be charged before the end of your free trial period and you can cancel or change your membership at any time.
  • Done!

How do I cancel my membership?


It is very easy to cancel your membership at any time. Simply contact us HERE, and we will process it by the following day. In order not to be charged, please inform us at least one day before the end of your free trial period or one day before your due date so we can process your request in time. If you are in the FULL or VIP plan, you can also choose to downgrade your plan to the BASIC plan.




Can I switch my plan?


Yes! You can request to change your membership plan at any time. Simply fill out the form HERE.




What plans are available?

How do I get in contact with Iana and her team?

Can I personalize my workouts?


Yes, absolutely! Once you become a member you receive a weekly suggested plan for your training. You can integrate it into your Google or iCalendar, and adapt days and times according to your needs. Also, you can choose different drills to practice, or even add more workouts to your practice. Each video has a detailed description, as well as you can search videos for specific topics by easy-to-use tags (shimmy, arms, belly muscles, etc). We also have a great selection of mini-intensives (self-guided training pathes on different topics).




I’m trying to register, but it says my payment wasn’t processed. Isn’t it supposed to be a free trial first?


Please note that we require your payment information before you start your free trial, but you will not be charged before the free trial period ends. You can cancel or change your membership anytime by contacting us.

If you encounter this problem, here are a couple of things you can do to solve it:
- for credit card: make sure that all numbers and letters are correct,
- for PayPal: most likely your PayPal email is different from the one you used to create profile at Iana Dance Club, but your browser saved it and tries to use by default. In this case, log out of your profile, refresh the page, and clear your browser's cache and cookies. Then log in back, and complete your enrollment in the chosen plan. The error should disappear, and you should be able to choose whatever email you prefer for PayPal settings.

I am a VIP member. How can I send my video to receive feedback?


The easiest way to send your video is via the chat button on bottom right. Simply send the link to your video. If you don’t want your video to be showcased on any social media, you can put it on YouTube as unlisted (make sure it’s specifically unlisted, not private). This way only people with the link will be able to see it. You’ll receive Iana’s feedback not later than 10 days after your submission, and will be notified via email. You have 1 submission credit per month, non-transferable or accumulative.
