Wanna explore a detailed technique for moving each body part separately? Such skills will greatly enhance your drum solos, as well as belly dance performances in general.
In this intensive you will find a selection of technique drills to work on this task.
Difficulty: Intermediate/Advanced.
Workload: Light.
Suggested duration: 2 weeks.
If you follow our suggested duration of two weeks, get ready to invest 40-60 minutes per week in your training. But remember, you can always go through this intensive at your own pace. Two weeks is just a suggested structure.

Creative choreographing assignment
10-min lecture about the concept of isolations
