Follow this training plan, and build control over your belly muscles and diaphragm!
I know your deep desire to be in control of your belly muscles, so  here are drills and daily exercises for improving your belly rolls and flutters!

Suggested duration: 5 weeks
If you follow our suggested duration of five weeks, get ready to invest 20-25 minutes per day in your training. But remember, you can always go through this intensive at your own pace. Five weeks is just a suggested structure.
This intensive consists of two major parts:
1. Short daily exercises (2-5 minutes long)
2. Five 20-min dance tutorials per week with combos and drills to work on your belly rolls and flutters.
There will be also an additional lecture on the belly muscles anatomy, and tutorial on vacuum technique, and the final technique drill (week 5) will provide a short fun combo based on belly rolls and flutters.
