General Guidelines
Iana Dance Club is an online subscription service offering dance instruction videos and other content. It is a part of, and operated by Pedna Productions LLC. By activating your membership, after the free trial period has ended, you allow monthly or annual payments according to your chosen plan until you cancel it. Unauthorized copy or distribution of any text, audio or video material in the Iana Dance Club is forbidden without prior written authorization. We reserve the right to cancel your membership if you use the platform in an unauthorized way, or if your actions interfere and disturb the experience of other members. Iana Dance Club is a safe and friendly space for all members to learn and grow. No disrespect will be tolerated.
Not all exercises presented at the Iana Dance Club are suitable for everyone and are in no way a substitute for medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program if you are not sure about your health and current fitness level. We recommend discontinuing exercise immediately if you experience pain or discomfort and consult your primary care provider. A user of this program assumes the risk of possible injury. The creators, producers and distributors of this program are not liable for any injury potentially caused by the improper practice of the exercise program and advice at the Iana Dance Club.
Free Trial
You can enjoy full access to the content on your plan during your free trial period. Free trial is available only once per account per chosen plan, and its purpose is to give you the opportunity to explore the platform and check if it fits your needs before committing for a paid subscription. Please note that we require your payment information before you start your free trial, but you will not be charged before the free trial period ends. You can cancel or change your membership anytime. Creating multiple accounts per user is strictly forbidden on our platform.
Cancellation of Your Membership
Your can cancel your membership anytime via your Subscription setting, or by contacting us. In order not to be charged, please inform us at least one day before the end of your free trial period or one day before your due date so we can process your request in time. It may take up to 24 hours for us to process your cancellation request, or you can do it immediately by yourself via your Subscription settings. There is no refunds for already processed payments. Once we process your cancelation request, no future payments will apply to your account, but you still will have access to the Members Area till the end of your paid billing cycle.
Refunds & Transfers
There are no refunds for already processed payments. We provide the availability of the platform but it is up to you to use it. Processed payments also cannot be transferred for future periods, or to another member of the club or outside of it. If you experience any technical issues, please contact us immediately, and we’ll try our best to assist you. Please note we do not take responsibility for your device’s software, or any issues with Internet connection.
Special Courses
You have access to a number of bonus courses according to your plan for as long as you are an active member of the Iana Dance Club. If you want to have access to the courses on a permanent basis regardless of your membership at the club, you need to purchase them separately.
Annual Plans
On Annual Plans your payment is processed once per year. If you don’t want your membership to last longer than a year, don’t forget to cancel it prior to your next billing date. Annual plans start from the day you subscribe to the annual plan, but after your 7-day free trial ends. They don’t include any previous time period that you might have used with a monthly subscription. Also, annual plans do not provide any extra features comparing to a corresponding monthly plan, but allow you to save up to 25% by paying annually instead of monthly.
