The main goal of this program is not just to learn a few flashy combos—it’s to build long-lasting strength, fluidity, and expressiveness in your arms. Each two-week module focuses on a specific fusion style, chosen carefully to target different technical and expressive aspects of arm work: - Tribal Fusion: Focuses on developing snake-like, continuous fluidity in the arms—great for smoothing transitions between movements and enhancing overall grace. - Pharaonic Fantasy: Offers tools to stretch and condition upper arm muscles while teaching techniques for rotating the arms without over-engaging the shoulders. This is especially helpful for dancers working on lifted, supported elbows and elegant posture. - Tango Oriental: Encourages powerful, grounded arm movements that support full-body movements like arabesques, turns, and balances. This module explores how arm strength contributes to the stability and dynamics of the entire dance. - Flamenco Fusion: Brings refined articulation to the wrists and fingers, helping dancers infuse their movements with precision, tension, and emotional intensity. Every two weeks, you’ll receive a detailed technique video that introduces a combo in one of the above styles. The following week, you’ll get a companion drill designed to break down and polish the specific technical elements introduced in that combo, along with several other complimentary drills. By the end of the intensive, you can expect noticeable growth in your muscle control, arm precision, and expressive range.
