But remember, you can always go through this intensive at your own pace. Three weeks is just a suggested structure. In this program we will: - address nervousness & your shaking legs when you are about to perform - do dance and meditation practices for connecting with your body - talk about creating a character in your mind to project emotions, and reach the necessary quality in movements - work with your fears of stage, and practice ‘owning’ the space - learn how to overcome the awkwardness of training at home in an empty room, and still project emotions in dance. Additionally you will feel as if you are travelling to a dance retreat with me, but online!
