Arabesque is one of the trickiest movements that require deliberate practice in order to be performed nicely. It’s necessary to have strong balance, pointy feet, proper rotation of hips, and stretched legs. Let's do some conditioning exercises to prepare our legs, feet and posture for this movement. This intensive is structured as a 3-week training program. Every week you receive five 20-min workouts to condition your body and help you feel more confident and balanced with your arabesque.
