But remember, you can always go through this intensive at your own pace. One week is just a suggested structure. Our feet are the support for our entire body. It's the guarantee of a good balance, proper technique and more confidence on stage. On top of that it's the final touch to beautiful lines of our body, and mesmerizing photos from our performances. The goal of this intensive is to familiarize you with various exercises on strengthening and stretching our feet and ankles area which you can incorporate into your consistent practice.
